Q. How can I pay?

A. You can only pay for orders by cheque or in cash. You can pay for samples by cheque, cash, or online via Paypal by completing the online order form. We do not accept any payments by credit card.

Q. Can I collect samples or orders?

A. Yes, you can collect orders or samples. Please allow 5 working days for samples to be produced and make payment online via Paypal, or by cash or cheque.

Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to delivery of your finished stationery by cheque or cash.

Q. How much notice do I need to give you when it comes to placing an order?

A. With weddings it's a good idea to allow your guests 5-6 months notice of your intended wedding date. In terms of when to place your order and whether we can fulfill it, it depends on the size and date of your wedding, plus our other order committments. If your order is small or required urgently please contact us for information, as we may be able to help.
