Terms and Conditions
Each piece of stationery is handmade therefore slight variations must be expected however the overall look of the card will be the same.
Materials may vary slightly, however if there becomes a problem with the supply of the chosen materials “I Do Wedding Stationery” aims to find an alternative of the same quality for the customers approval before commencing the order.
Any names that are to be handwritten by “I Do Wedding Stationery” must be clearly written or preferably typed before commencing the order with the correct spelling and layout ie. Miss A Smith, Miss Alison Smith, Alison Smith, Alison.
Any alterations made to the order could affect the completion date.
The customer is fully responsible for copyright of any hymns etc. that are to be used in any of the stationery. “I Do Wedding Stationery” are not responsible in any way for this.
A proof will be sent to you prior to any work being carried out. Please make sure that ALL details are correct before signing the proof as “I Do Wedding Stationery” cannot be held responsible for any mistakes after this time.
Prices can be changed at any time without prior notice. Any confirmed orders however will not be affected.
There is a small charge for samples up to a maximum of 4. Samples will be sent in the colour scheme of your choice where possible. Any money received for samples will be deducted from your order when it is placed.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when placing an order and the balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to delivery of your stationery.
Any cancellation will incur charges for all work carried out up to the cancellation date.
Changes can be discussed with “I Do Wedding Stationery” prior to any work carried out. If the work has already commenced changes need to be discussed as soon as possible however the customer will be liable for any work already commenced.
